Can I return a case if it doesn't fit?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your case to us. In this case, the return costs are the responsibility of the buyer .
On the other hand, if the product is defective or does not conform to the order, the return costs will of course be our responsibility and we will proceed with an exchange or a refund.

What should I do if there is a problem with my delivery?
If you have a problem with your delivery (long delivery time or other problem), please contact us directly via the contact form located at the bottom of the home page. Please remember to include your order number and explain the problem you are experiencing so that our team can process your request quickly and find a suitable solution.
What to do if the address is wrong?
If you have entered a mistake in your delivery address, you have 2 hours after confirming your order to contact us via the contact form (at the bottom of the home page). Please clearly indicate your order number and the desired new address.
After this period, the order will be automatically sent to the address indicated during purchase and we will no longer be able to modify it.
